This month we took the Traveling Photo Bus up to Northern California for a corporate event in downtown Sonoma. After all the photo booth fun we of course had to stay a few extra days to do some wine tasting and exploring. Driving the VW Bus along the winding ocean roads, over vineyard covered rolling hills and through the redwoods forest was pure magic. Our road trip consisted of Napa, Sonoma, Petaluma, Sebastopol, Point Reyes Light House and ending in Tomales Bay for oysters and rosé.
Here are some highlights of our trip to Sonoma in the Traveling Photo Bus :)
Check out our latest collab with Black Twine for a 70's themed Birthday Party with out 1971 VW Photo Booth Bus.
YOU GUYS! After lots of blood, sweat and tears we finally finished our Vintage Photo Booth Camper... and it looks better than I could have ever imagined! Someone needs to pinch me because I feel like I'm dreaming every-time I look at it.
I want to give a HUGE shout out to my amazing husband who built this dreamboat all on his own and over the course of 6 long months! Needless to say we're all super happy it's finished and excited to share it with everyone.
The Photo Booth Camper is named after my late Great Grandmother, Gloria.
The Camper is an exact replica of a 1958 Field & Stream Camper. Click here to see build photos of the trailer.
Gloria - the photo booth camper is ready to roll to your wedding or special event! Now traveling all over California.
We had the best time working with Just Fab for their Coachella activation in Palm Springs, CA. From a Real House Wife to some Bachelorette's the photo booth bus had some gorgeous visitors during the whirlwind weekend.
A few weeks ago we helped Amanda Stanton celebrate her adorable daughters birthdays with a Kidchella themed party. You heard right KIDCHELLA, sounds super cute right?...IT WAS! Obviously no Coachella themed party is complete without our 71 VW Photo Booth Bus, along with a braid bar, custom flower crown making, a stage for the kids to sing and dance, a castle bounce house, yummy desserts and amazing lounge set-ups! See all the fun below :)

You guys! Our vintage camper photo booth build is looking AMAZING! My husband has been working his butt off and it's really starting to come together. We finished almost all of the exterior (still need a door and paint job) and have started on the interior. We have the inside all wired up for both a 12v marine battery and shore power, insulation up and started putting up the walls. We should have Gloria (named after my great grandma) nearly finished by the end of this month and just in time for wedding season!
If you interested in having a unique, alternative photo booth at your wedding shoot us an email to reserve your date now. all over Central and Southern California
Backstory: We bought a 1958 Field and Stream camper off Craigslist in hopes to restore it into a photo booth camper to add to the bus. However, after getting the camper home and deconstructing it, it literally needed a full overhaul. It had been in an accident and the metal frame it sat on was badly tweaked, there was extensive water damage and needed all new outside panneling. So after a lot of back and forth we decided to build a brand new replica of the original we bought since we would be rebuilding esentially the whole thing anyways. The new frame is now a lot safer and the structure is much more sound and lighter than the original. Best of all it's looking just as awesome as it did in 1958!
We traveled up to Santa Ynez in Central California to join in Otrio Cellars photo-shoot to promote their new Rose. This new small label wine producer is ran by the Osborne brothers (Nick and Nathan) and their father Kurt - hence O-trio for the 3 of them. The grapes are grown on a breathtaking 20+ acre property and has been in family for over 50years. We were lucky enough to try their first ever rose and it was insanely delicious!
We cant wait to head back to Santa Ynez; it is such a magical place and the drive up the coast in the Traveling Photo Bus is so beautiful. If you are getting married in Santa Ynez and in need of a photo booth PLEASE give us shout!

We got introduced to the sweetest photographer named Melissa from a friend and ever since our first phone conversation I couldn't wait to make some photo magic with her and the bus. For our photo shoot we both wanted to "give back" and help out our fellow IG supporters so we decided on giving away a free couples engagement shoot to one of our lucky followers! We ended up shooting at a beautiful AirBnb in Malibu Canyon and also got Rooted & Wild and 6th & Detroit to donate their services. See all the magic that ensued below.
February 14th, a day dedicated to celebrating love and relationships, and in an even more “traditional” sense, made for couples. We threw tradition out of the Traveling Photo Bus’ window; for some laughs and love with our favorite ladies – that’s right, it’s Galentine’s Day!
So, what to do for my Galentine’s celebration; perhaps plan a pretty picnic party, maybe a gathering of gals for a bit of glamping grandeur, or retreat to a posh poolside paradise? Well, weather here on the West Coast had been a real dreamboat lately, and I know exactly what to do when it’s perfect on the Pacific, head to the beach!
I called up three amazing sisters from Spell Bundle, an event rental and styling service based out of Riverside, California; and amazing photographer Amanda Cantón based in Costa Mesa, CA and the magic ensued!
With February in full swing we teamed up with the gorgeous Pamelyn from Bashery and Co. to celebrate Valentines Day. We gathered some awesome moms and kiddos and met at a park in Playa Vistsa, CA. With the 1971 VW Bus converted into a Kissing Booth everyone had blast and shared lots of kisses and sweet treats! XOXO
Thanks to all these vendors who helped make it possible.
We're huge fans of Prism Boutique and when they asked to use our 71 VW Bus for a their Lookbook we couldn't refuse. Check out some images from the photo shoot - shot by Casey Liu, and featuring model Maly Mann.
*YES! You can rent the 71 VW Bus without the photo-booth for photo-shoots. Use it for your next lookbook, campaign, or personal photo shoot. Email us for pricing.
Imagine the perfect road trip in your Volkswagen bus, starting off at the city of lights, continued with a drive through oceanic breezes and views, ending off at the warm desert. We decided Joshua Tree was the perfect elopement destination for a bohemian vibe, private affair for two lovers.
Thanks to the talented team below for helping create this bohemian inspiration!

Amuse Society teamed up with Prism Boutique for their After Hours holiday party for all your last-minute shopping and holiday dressing needs. Guests enjoyed treats by Parchment, rosé by Crazy Beautiful Wines, 15% off all clothing with complimentary gift wrapping, a sparkle bar by Magic & Madness, and photo booth by Traveling Photo Bus. See all the fun that was had below!
Rooted & Wild Floral Co. created this beautiful floral arrangement for a Pop-Up we did and it was so special we had to do a quick photo-shoot with it. We highly recommend adding flowers to the Traveling Photo Bus for your wedding for that extra special touch. We will happily work together with your florist :)
We are so thankful and grateful for all the support we have been shown throughout the course of building this business and feel extremely lucky to bring smiles and laughter to all you beautiful people.

Our new "Photos" sign came in and it looks incredible! We attach it to the bus rack, flip on the lights and the crowd goes wild (haha, maybe not wild but they do love it)! Let the Traveling Photo Bus unique photo-booth make a statement at your next wedding or event!
BIG NEWS Y'ALL! We bought a vintage 58' Field and Stream Camper that we are transforming into the cutest photo-booth to add to our rental fleet.
We got her from the sweetest lady in Ojai, CA. She has a few dings on the exterior and some water damage inside but nothing a little elbow grease and some TLC can't fix. I cant wait to start designing and furnishing!
Check back soon for renovation updates. We're hoping to have her fully restored and ready to be rented by January 2018! Send us an email if your interested in renting her for next year.
